Project Summary
A cure for concrete, its finishers, and the planet.
Shetterley, along with his team at E5®, have proven through millions of yards of concrete poured that E5® Nano Silica is the ultimate cure for concrete.
By simply adding E5® Nano Silica within the concrete mix – with no added labor or time or equipment – fresh-state properties are improved for reduced pumping pressures and easier placement and finishing; evaporation of water is controlled to ensure proper hydration of cement even in extreme weather conditions and under tight timeframes; the concrete surface is densified; and cementitious material can be reduced.
E5® is committed to making a positive impact on the concrete industry and the world – both by reducing carbon emissions and creating quality concrete structures with increased service life and by providing efficient, highly-effective solutions for the men and women who put in the hard work every day on the jobsite.
This is the Mission of E5®.
This is about more than just a video. It’s about repositioning E5 as a trusted, visionary leader in the concrete industry.
E5 is not just “a chemical company.” They are an innovative brand with heart, vision, and human connection—a company that is pioneering the way forward by blending authenticity with unmatched product performance.
The upcoming ACI Convention is more than a showcase; it’s an opportunity to reclaim leadership and credibility among industry decision-makers, educators, and contractors. By telling Joe’s story with cinematic depth and pairing it with clear, compelling product films, we position E5 as:
The company with a face and a story — a brand rooted in legacy and driven by values.
The innovator — proving leadership through technical credibility and product adoption.
The trusted partner — showing that E5 is not only about what it makes, but why it makes it.
These films are designed as a content library—versatile assets that live beyond the convention stage: they’ll strengthen E5’s website, social presence, investor communications, and future trade shows.
In short: this is a strategic storytelling initiative, not just a set of videos. It will build trust, elevate Joe as a visionary leader, and firmly position E5 as the brand redefining what’s possible in the concrete industry.
I don’t just make videos—I help people tell stories that matter.
My work is rooted in listening well, asking meaningful questions, and crafting visuals that feel honest and human. What sets me apart is my ability to uncover the deeper “why” behind a story and bring it to life with clarity, intention, and heart.
I believe great storytelling builds trust. And I’m here to help you do just that—with creativity, strategy, and a process that feels collaborative from start to finish.

Story Example #1
This is a part of a Legacy story where we combined interview and narrative components with b-roll video to share just part of Ken’s story of life change.
Story Example #2
In August of 2025, Cedar Valley Christian School celebrated its 50th anniversary. The goal of this project wasn’t just to celebrate the rich legacy and foundation of the school, but to also showcase what sets the faculty and school apart as a top choice for Christian education in the community.
We combined b-roll of the school and snapshots of its history with interviews with former and current staff, as well as alumni and parents of current students. The final touch was adding the voice-over script that was read by one of the original founding members.
Story Example #3
This was one of the first stories we had the privilege to capture and share. When we first heard of Alan’s story we knew it needed to be shared. It was such a joy to interview Alan, and by weaving his narrative and b-roll we were able to capture the true heart of this story. This is a beautiful reminder to “Be still and know”.
